As someone who loves buying unique and vintage homeware, either at secondhand stores or through online mediums like Marketplace, it's not uncommon to find quality pieces you would never find anywhere else. But amidst all of the cool parts of the online reselling community, there are also a lot of parts that will leave you flabbergasted... for any number of reasons.

Earlier this year, Maddie spotted a used tanning bed up for grabs in Westport. Gazelle came across someone in Swansea willing to pay $100 for someone to take a camper off their hands. Just last week, I came across a horse-drawn hearse for sale in Connecticut that was made in New Bedford during the 19th century. The world of Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace can be incredible, odd, and sometimes even unbelievable, often all at the same time.
