At the turn of every year, people take a look at their lives and make a list of areas that could use some improvement.  Careers and education tend to be at the top of that list for many people.

New Directions of New Bedford is currently helping place young adults in jobs, between the ages of 17 and 21 through their winter jobs program. If you're out of school and unemployed, they can help you find work.  They also have training and education programs to prepare young adults for the workforce. Also, if you didn't graduate high school, they can still help with completion programs.

To find out more, you can like them on Facebook, where they post updates about their jobs programs throughout the year. Or give them a call to find out more at (508) 979-1700.
