As we eagerly head into the summer of 2020 and the long, holiday weekend, we are also getting ready to begin writing another chapter in Fun 107's long, storied history.

When we return after Memorial Day weekend, we'll be joined by a brand new voice here at Fun 107. Her name is Maddie Grimaldi (soon to be Maddie Levine).

Recognizing her as one of the premiere female media talents in New England, we've had our eye on Maddie for quite some time. As I got to know Maddie more over the course of the past year or two, I became more and more convinced that she would be a perfect fit for what we do here at Fun 107.

The right opportunity presented itself after an unfortunate set of events. COVID-19 has forced Christine Fox to leave The Rock and Fox Show and return to managing her women's gym in Plymouth.

As prepared as Christine was for anything that might come her way as a business owner, being forced to close for months at a time is not something she had planned for. Christine and her husband are in the fight of their lives to save their family business. She knows that the only way that can happen is to roll up her sleeves and dedicate herself to the gym every single day, something that is impossible for her to do while co-hosting The Rock and Fox Show.

The good news is that Christine won't be leaving Fun 107 entirely; she'll be hosting from 10 a.m to noon each weekday.

I can't tell you how excited I am to welcome Maddie to our team. Between her radio and television experience (she hosts segments on NBC 10 in Providence), we are looking forward to having fun every morning.

Please join me in wishing Christine the best of luck with her gym's re-opening, and Maddie Levine in her exciting new adventures here at Fun 107. I know in my soul that both of these ladies will be able to achieve anything they set their hearts to accomplish.
