If you're looking to better your daily hydration, you've come to the right page.

I've accidentally discovered an easy, effective, and inexpensive way to better yourself that's known to many. I'm just late to the game.

The best thing you can do (from experience) is drink an abundance of water when starting your day. It's not rocket science and it's nothing out of the ordinary, but I feel great and I'm passing on the good vibes. Here's my secret...

Forget an apple a day, if you're looking to keep the hydrologist away, switch the fruit to a cucumber.

What started as a cry for help when I couldn't figure out what to do with an abundance of cucumbers soon became my secret weapon. My cucumber harvest was in full bloom this year, more than any other year, and I ended up with far too much crop. I got into the routine of bringing one a day and having it for breakfast.

Again, I know this isn't anything special, but I found it was bringing an abundance of clarity- especially at 6:00 AM.

According to the Cleveland Clinic, hydration is just the tip of the iceberg. Cucumbers also help with gut health, improve heart health, help manage blood sugar and weight, as well as a defense against cancerous cells.

Whether you'd rather make cucumber water or have something else to eat for breakfast, try and make it a habit to add some cucumber to your meal.

I've never felt better.
