There's nothing worse than trying to stay on track with your diet and your workplace does this to you at least 2-3 times each week.

The New Year came last month and so did my new health and fitness goals. I'm not alone, a lot of people kicked off 2019 looking to get healthier and back on track after the holidays.

You start meal prepping and hitting the gym on a pretty regular schedule. You're feeling motivated and really good for about three weeks and then—boxes of donuts start showing up at work. Bags of bagels, homemade brownies and leftover salted caramel cakes from your co-worker's Super Bowl party.

Does anyone else experience this, or is it just me and my workplace?

It's been tough but I've been successful at not caving and putting myself into a carb-and-sugar coma with of the sweets here at work all week. I've got to say, I'm feeling pretty proud of this.

I'd love to hear from you if this goes on at your workplace and how you manage to stick to your diet and avoid all the sugar and carbs. Shoot me an email at fox@fun107.com.
