B Mo’s Wedding Fitness Challenge, Week 7 [PHOTO]
I guess this whole workout thing is working out. Pun intended.
So today officially is the halfway point of the P90X program I'm doing. I started at 226.5 pounds. Today I'm 211.5. For those of you who are as bad as me at math, that's 15 pounds. It's been 45 days and I have 45 more days to go, but I have to say, I'm feeling amazing.
I'm definitely not where I want to be just yet, but progress is being made and that feels really good. I honestly didn't really think I had changed too much until I took the time to take some halfway point pictures. They definitely show that I'm in a different place than I was 45 days ago.
I can't even remember the last time my back looked like there were muscles on it. Usually, it looks like there's a nice layer of play-doh. The top is from November 26, 2018, and the bottom is from today.
Not too bad if I say so myself! And just for the record, this is without all those crazy products. There's no Shakeology. There's no Herbalife. No weird chemicals or pills. It's eating better and raw plain work. If you're looking to meet those 2019 fitness resolutions, get to work. It's going to pay off!
It's totally going to suck for a while, but it will pay off! Just keep at it!
