Mass State Police Catch Woman Using Doll To Drive In Carpool Lane

Many have thought about it. Few have tried it. What if you used a "dummy" to travel in the carpool lane? A 30 year old woman was caught red handed this week in Quincy. When Mass State Police Trooper John Carnell pulled her over, he found this doll strapped into a car seat. The woman, who was on her way into work in Boston, admitted that she was using the doll because she didn't want to wait in traffic. She was given a $50 fine. I'm thinking $50 isn't that bad. I wonder how many times she got away with it?
