MA State Police Unveil Brand New Cruiser for Breast Cancer Awareness Month
The Massachusetts State Police have unveiled their new cruiser that pays homage to those who are fighting, who've survived, and those who have lost their battle with breast cancer.
According to the State Police, their new all pink cruiser was designed specifically as a symbol of courage, hope, and love for those who have battled breast cancer or for those who have lost loved ones to the disease.
This October, we commemorate breast cancer awareness and stand symbolically by the side of all our citizens who are living with and fighting against each and every type of cancer. We remember, too, all who, despite their courageous battles and resilient spirit, were taken from their loved ones, families and friends by this cowardly disease. We eagerly await the day when cancer is defeated once and for all.
In addition to the cruiser, the State Police will once again be selling pink badges in the month of October to raise money for various cancer tragedies.
Breast cancer affects so many people in the course of their life - whether it's their own battle with the terrible disease or someone they love battles. We love that the State Police are so invested in recognizing the strength it takes to overcome the obstacles that cancer can bring a person, family, and community.
