Abby needs your sleep hacks - particularly those that don't leave you feeling like you got run over by a train the next day. 

I've never really had too much of a problem sleeping but lately, I've been going weeks at a time where I sleep absolutely horribly. I got into a very bad habit when I was in college of taking NyQuil anytime I was having trouble sleeping. If you say that a NyQuil coma isn't the most magical thing ever, you're lying. But as I get older and need to be up at 4 a.m. every day, I can't really slide into a NyQuil trance for 15 hours at a time. Also, I'm sure ingesting all those cold meds when you don't have a cold isn't the best for you.

In the past couple years, I've taken magnesium for sleep and most recently, Melatonin. The Melatonin works SO WELL but leaves me more than a little zombie-like the next day. I've also tried Zzquil, too but I guess I'm looking for something that isn't a pill or sleep med.

I've heard something about boiled banana peels and other home remedies. So hit me with 'em - what are your best "I need GOOD sleep NOW" hacks?
