Want to Own a Piece of Edelman’s Beard?

We've all seen the footage of Ellen DeGeneres shaving off Julian Edelman's beard, now we can apparently own a piece of that beard.

It sounds pretty gross, but I guess Ellen kept the trimmings after she shaved off Edelman's epic beard on her show.

And now she has donated them to charity with all money raised going to The Boys and Girls Club of Boston.

You can bid on the beard at CharityBuzz.com, but that's not all you'll get.

The auction includes the trimmings in a resealable zipper storage bag plus a photo of the beard shaving in process signed by Ellen DeGeneres.

This epic beard was grown throughout the 2018 season, so you're getting a lot of hair in this auction.

And I guess owning a piece of Super Bowl history is pretty cool...though human hair as a souvenir is a little odd.

Still I'm sure someone is going to pay big bucks for this beard and all that money will definitely be going to a good cause.

Charity Buzz adds that anyone who wins the beard cannot resell or reauction it, the beard can only be shipped within the United States and you've got to take it in the condition it was donated in.

Ellen and Edelman have already each donated $10,000 to Boys and Girls Club of Boston when the agreement to shave the beard off was made in the first place. So whatever the trimming bring in will be icing on the cake.
