Well, I never saw this coming.

Early on October 24, a high school friend by the name of Rick Monast sent me a random message on Facebook.

At first, I thought it was some type of SPAM since we haven't exactly spoken in quite some time. Regardless, after realizing that I had nothing to lose, I went for the bait. What happened next blew me away.

"YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!" I shouted as I rapidly messaged Rick back. Confused about how he even came across this, both stunned and hysterical at the same time, I asked him one simple word: "How?!"

I clicked on my largely displayed and centered photo and noticed it linked back to a blog I wrote months back. It was a reaction video of me watching younger me running around on an Easter Sunday, looking for hidden eggs with my freshly trimmed "bowl cut."

Now, if you were lucky enough to have lived the days when the not-so-cool haircut was ironically somewhat popular, and you were lucky enough to have this hair style chosen by your parents, then you know the struggle. Yes, the struggle was very real.

The video in the previous blog is simply nothing more than a reminiscent nostalgic flashback of when days where simpler, youth was still alive and haircuts were plain and simple, and for the lack of a better word, weird.

And just like that, I was Google Famous.
