Fun 107 Morning Show 'Mariah Carey' Singing Challenge [VIDEO]

The "Queen of Christmas" is completely defrosted and Mariah Carey's music is once again climbing the charts.

From "All I Want For Christmas is You" to "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)," people these days simply can't get enough of her. I've said it before and I'll say it again, her best Christmas song is not the obvious choice.

Although her holiday tunes are getting a lot of attention and airplay, let's take a moment to reflect on Mariah's classic hits, just like Maddie Levine did on Michael and Maddie, the Fun 107 morning show.

As Holiday Wish Week 2023 ends, the crew in the studio is mentally exhausted from the emotional roller coaster and ready to take on a nice, relaxing weekend. After all, TGIF.

However, Maddie still had a little more gas in the tank today and surprised Michael and me with a TikTok challenge that I knew immediately I wasn't ready for. She wanted to see who could sing Carey's high-pitch part in her early hit "Emotions." We're calling it the Mariah Carey High Note Vocal Run Challenge and it's not for the faint of heart.

The clear winner is Maddie, no doubt about it. I'm not sure about Michael's approach on this one, but I dug deep and almost burst my pipes. Mariah's voice is not human.
