Escape From The Cape: 25 Mile Backup!

Feeling a little jealous that you didn't go down to the Cape for the 4th of July weekend? This picture will make you feel better. If you had gone away...you would have been sitting in this traffic ALL AFTERNOON. This is a picture of Exit 6 off of Route 6. Mass State Police reported a 25 MILE backup from Exit 8 Route 6 Westbound all the way to the Sagamore Bridge. You read that right...a TWENTY FIVE MILE BACKUP. I don't ever remember it being THAT bad. That's exactly 18 miles past every Dad's blood boiling point! Traffic getting off the Cape has been a horror show all day...even in the morning.
