Charlie Puth ‘I Warned Myself’ [WICKED OR WHACK?]
It may have been over a year since we heard new music from Charlie Puth but he has been one busy guy, recently teaming up with Katy Perry to co-write a song and getting beat-box credit on the song, too.
He also helped the boys of 5 Seconds of Summer write their new song "Teeth."
In Charlie's new song, he relates to those who either get into a relationship knowing it's not good for them or keeps going back to someone knowing they will break their heart. There's so much speculation around who this could have been for Charlie. The song is a bit dark for Mr. Puth.
Here is the music video:
I had a chance to hang with Charlie once, as you can see in the photo above. He is such a chill dude but you can definitely tell he is connected to his emotions.
I have a feeling we are going to be getting some more of the "dark" side from Charlie. It is apparently the first of three songs he plans to release in the coming weeks. He wants them out before the official end of summer. He also wants to be able to perform these three songs at the Midtown Music Festival in Atlanta in September.
I'm a big fan of Charlie and his amazing eyebrow scar which I think only adds character. Now I need to get your take on the song. Is it wicked good, or totally whack? Vote below to let us know:
