A Fall River waterfront favorite, Tipsy Seagull, has a sweet new addition this summer to cool us off and its called Seagull Scoops.

Nothing says summer quite like being on the waterfront in Fall River. Remembering the many times I sat on the swing at Tipsy Seagull just taking in the views of Battleship Cove and the breeze off the water... Ah, that's the true essence of living on the SouthCoast.

What could be the cherry on top? Well, Nicole Lund, owner of Tipsy Seagull, decided ice cream was the missing ingredient to the perfect summer day.

The unofficial start to summer is Memorial Day Weekend and the perfectly named Seagull Scoops will be open for it each day, 2 to 8 p.m.
