With the recent come back of the Black Eyed Peas, the absence of Fergie from the group has been the unspoken elephant in the room.

Fergie officially exited the group back in 2017. She wanted to focus on a solo career and has made several massive appearances since then. Many wondered what would happen with the rest of the Peas.

We found out earlier this year when the Peas dropped their hit "RITMO," which didn't feature a female songstress on it at all but instead sampled Corona's hit song "Rhythm of the Night."

Now the Black Eyed Peas have released another track, "Mamacita," and it absolutely has a female presence in it. Her name is Jessica Reynoso, and her stage name is J Rey Soul. Jessica was a finalist on The Voice in the Philippines. She is one of the best-selling Latin singers of all time and clearly has the pipes to fill the big shoes Fergie left.

So have you heard the Black Eyed Peas latest song? It has some awesome summer vibes. Take a listen:

I'm digging it, and did you catch the voice of their new member J Rey? I guess this means Fergie won't be coming back to the group any time soon.

Either way, I'd love to know: do you think this song is any good? Should we add it to the Fun 107 playlist?
