Kelsea Ballerini Teams Up with Bestie Halsey [WICKED OR WHACK?]

Kelsea Ballerini hasn't really crossed over to the pop world but she doesn't like to be claimed by any genre of music.

Kelsea, like the rest of us, has been following the stay-at-home orders in her home state of Tennessee. It's been a challenge emotionally for her but luckily she has music and good friends like Halsey to get her through.

That's right, Kelsea and Halsey are actually pretty good friends outside of working on music together. While we know Kelsea as being a country-pop star she really doesn't like to be pinned against one genre of music. She was recently quoted as saying, "That's exactly what I do, when people think I'm going to zig, I zag" – hence releasing a song with one of the bigger pop names right now.

The song is clearly about feeling a little jealously and resentment, especially with a title like "The Other Girl."
