There's so many calories out there that you are consuming and probably don't even know if you're consuming good ones or bad ones.

I can't help but think of this like a video game. Good calories, bad calories, hidden calories, empty calories... and you.

Picture yourself in a cape and bandana zapping calories by the hundreds when you workout like a beast. It makes you feel pretty badass doesn't it?

Going to a birthday party is like entering a cave of doom and the goal is to escape without any bad calories attacking you.

Good calories are like the golden tokens that make you stronger. But hidden calories get you when you get sloppy with your skills, and empty calories make you crash and burn so you're now more vulnerable to bad calories.

In addition to bad calories (think of these like armies from an evil empire), there are chemicals... lots of dangerous chemicals that add destruction power to work against you.

It all sounds pretty daunting, I know. But you CAN win by getting as many golden tokens as possible, throwing on your cape & bandana, and getting serious about your fitness. The more gold and sweat you rack up, the weaker the bad guys get and then you become MOST POWERFUL!
