Zoo Moon Returns to Capron Park Zoo This Summer

A night with the animals is on the calendar at Capron Park Zoo this summer.

Mark your calendar's and make your plans for Zoo Moon 2019 at Capron Park Zoo in Attleboro.

The annual event offers families a chance to check out the zoo in the early evening hours while also shopping local artisans, farmers and crafters.

It's one part zoo trip, one part craft fair and all parts fun.

This year Zoo Moon will take place on July 17 from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m.

It's also the night of the Full Strawberry Moon, so the night sky will be plenty bright to boot.

If you've never been to Capron Park Zoo it is a great, smaller zoo that I find perfect for younger kids.

There's splash pad inside the zoo (that will be open during Zoo Moon 2019) plus an fantastic playground just outside the zoo's main entrance.

I took my daughter last year and she pretty much didn't want to leave. It was also the first time she had food truck food, an instant favorite.

There are lots of vendors and food trucks already signed on for Zoo Moon 2019, but you can still become a vendor if you're looking to get in front of families this summer.

It was a super popular night last year, so make sure you get your tickets nice and early if you definitely want to go.
