Oscar Speech Leaves Many Inspired

As a father of a 6-year-old daughter, I'll be sure to show Abby this must-watch video of a speech by Oscar nominee Lupita Nyong someday. In it, Nyong provides a lesson on what real beauty is and how everything else is superficial.

The world has been inspired by what this woman had to say, and in a day where teenage girls struggle to see beauty from within, the message that Lupita gives is a message that every young woman should pay close attention to.

My plan is to save this speech, and make sure my little one watches it in a few years and can use it as an example of how she should strive to be.
