After edging out Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus is ready for round two of our New Music Melee, and this time she is taking on the one and only Justin Bieber.  Update - We have learned that this leaked track might be a fake. It certainly sound slike Justin, but it  might not be. Bieber says his track is probably on the internet somewhere, but has not officially released it yet. Last week Miley dropped her first song in sometime, and the fans are loving it. 'We Can't Stop' pulled in thousands of votes, but can it stand up to the likes of Justin Bieber and his army of Beliebers?
