The nation’s favorite dog has a new home on Nantucket.

On Valentine’s Day of this year, Barstool Sports President Dave Portnoy adopted the adorable Miss Peaches from a shelter in Georgia, and she quickly won over the internet.

In less than three months, Miss Peaches has gained close to 750-thousand followers and has seemingly become the cutest face of both Barstool Sports and rescue animals.

Watch one video of Portnoy and Miss Peaches together, and you’ll see just how smitten “El Presidente” has become.

He is so obsessed that he bought the loveable pit bull a house on Nantucket.

Okay, he bought the house for himself, but in one of their latest adventures together, Portnoy introduces Miss Peaches to island life and their “humble” abode on the island.

The Touching Story of Miss Peaches

As a Valentine’s Day present to himself, Portnoy decided to adopt Miss Peaches, who was living in horrible conditions in Atlanta, Georgia.

She was neglected and at the mercy of a hoarding and breeding situation, and Portnoy decided to intervene.

“I heard about her through the grapevine, that this wonderful dog was rescued by Lifeline Animal Project in Atlanta, so I flew down there, and she went from the outhouse to the penthouse,” said Portnoy to Fox News.

After falling in love with Miss Peaches, Portnoy has used his social media powers for good by creating Miss Peaches merchandise and donating 100% of the profits to Lifeline Animal Project. He also donates through monetization, with any money earned through Miss Peaches' online platforms being directly donated to the nonprofit in Georgia. As of last month, Portnoy and Miss Peaches raised nearly $600,000 for Lifeline.
