My 10-year-old son is killing me with his back to school wardrobe.  While it's incredibly convenient to walk into the Under Armour Outlet in Wrentham and just buy one pair of shorts in every color and one t-shirt in every color...doesn't this just lack a little bit of imagination and style?

He has two firm policies.  He hates any shirts with buttons...so forget the polo style shirts that my wife and I would love to see him wear.  He also hates any pants with buttons.  So no khaki style pants...or even jeans.  When it's time to get dressed in the morning, the only choices are "dressy" sweat pants, regular sweat pants, or shorts.  And the shorts will stick around in the rotation until at least Christmas break.  When did dress become so casual at school?
