Merriam-Webster Adds New ‘Words’ To Dictionary

We hear silly or made up words all the time, and whether we like it or not, some of them become 'official'.

Like the 150 new words that will be added to the Merriam-Webster dictionary this year.

Here are some of the words you can expect to find when browsing through the dictionary:

1. Selfie
2. Hashtag
3. Auto-tune
4. Steampunk (I don't know what this one means)
5. Baby bump
6. Fangirl
7. Catfish (not sure about what this is either)
8. Crowdfunding
9. Turducken
10. Unfriend
