New things seem to be arriving at Garden City in Cranston, Rhode Island every time I shop there. From the cozy LoveSac furniture store to the delicious Shake Shack on the way, there are plenty of reasons to hit up this shopping center.

But have you been to take advantage of the colorful selfie spots?

Last fall while shopping with my kids, we happened upon a bright yellow alleyway painted with gorgeous Monarch butterflies.

My kids instantly went inside and starting touching every butterfly they could reach and I of course had to snap some photos of the cuties in what was clearly a space designed for pictures and selfies.

The result was what could have been their debut album cover and it sent us searching for more of these spots in the center.

We were not disappointed either.

Turns out several of the Garden City alleyways were also painted, resulting in three separate photo spots between the different buildings.

What used to be just plain, old brick alleyways were at some point turned into a series of slip in selfie spots throughout your shopping trip. So sneaky are these photo ops, that you might just walk past them while heading from store to store.

Yet you should totally pop in for a picture.

In addition to the awesome yellow alley, there's one featuring musical instrument people and another with super happy kids on swings.
