Male Dancer Charged With Assaulting 2 Women In Wareham
UPDATE (1-11-2022): An attorney for Patrick Ladapo provided WBSM News with court documents today showing the charges against Mr. Ladapo were dismissed in 2013. A Motion to Seal was allowed by the Court, after a jury verdict of not guilty.
A male exotic dancer who was hired for a private event at a home in Wareham has been charged with sexually assaulting two women who were at the party. Thirty-one-year-old Patrick Ladapo of Providence was arraigned yesterday in Wareham District Court. Bail has been set at $20,000 cash.
Ladapo, who dances under the name "Damion," was arrested Wednesday night. Police say the assaults happened Tuesday night.
The alleged victims are twenty-one and twenty-seven years old. They told cops that Ladapo offered them a private dance in a bedroom, then blocked the door with a chair. He works throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island for a company called Blaze Entertainment of Boston.
