Today was filled with a lot of emotions as the microphones turned on for another morning of Michael and Maddie. I knew it wasn’t going to be a typical show.

I was about to share a gigantic milestone with the SouthCoast that I had been holding on to for weeks.

It was the day that I was going to tell the world that I was pregnant.

Sharing it with the world was incredibly exciting, but the truth is, Michael and Gazelle have known for a few weeks, and they have been champions at keeping this monumental secret.

The Day I Told Michael and Gazelle

In early August, my husband, Ross, and I got the good news. I knew there was no way I could hide it from the two other men I spend my life with, and I came up with a plan to surprise Gazelle and Michael with the good news.

The way to their hearts is and always will be food. I grabbed two jars of baby food, ripped off the labels, and told them I tried out a “new recipe for someone special.”

My co-hosts didn’t skip a beat as they dug their spoons in and nodded their heads in approval.

“I’m so glad you like it,” I said. “I hear it’s really good for babies.”

At that moment, Michael froze mid-apple sauce bite, and asked, “Are you having a baby?”

When I said yes, the joy in his face and Gazelle’s spoke for itself. My friends were thrilled, and it turned out, Michael had a feeling.

“When you ordered a Sprite the other day instead of a drink, I knew something was up!” Michael yelled.

I love my wine, so needless to say, it was a red flag.

“Can we be honorary uncles?” asked Gazelle, as if that was ever a question.

I feel incredibly lucky to be on a team with people who genuinely care about my well-being and my happiness. Sharing this wonderful news with Michael and Gazelle was special in its own right, and it’s a day that none of us will soon forget.

I’m so excited to be a mother for this next part of my life, and knowing that my future child will have two uncles in Michael and Gazelle brings me so much joy.

Baby Levine arrives April 2023! Wish me luck.
