With the Holidays upon us, the community always seems to come together a little closer to help those in need.

508 Cares is on a mission to create one of the biggest sneaker drives by providing less fortunate individuals with a pair of sneakers for the holiday season.

508 Sneakerheads, a local show store, is asking the community to provide any sneakers they would like to donate along with a letter to give to Brandon Oliver who will be giving them out on Christmas Eve. Oliver is highly recognized for his impact on the Southcoast community and his goal is to collect anywhere from 100-200 pairs of shoes for both children and adults.

Southcoast Sneakerfest, 1000 Degrees Xpress and Level 1 are amongst the sponsors and businesses getting involved to ensure the homeless and less fortunate at least get a pair of kicks for Christmas.

You can message Brandon Keith Oliver on facebook or email him at 508Sneakerheads@gmail.com for anymore questions.
