I'm as guilty as the next guy.  More often than I care to admit, I completely take for granted the fact that we live among dazzling waterfront communities, propelled by the most prosperous working waterfront in America, in a city where history runs through its veins.  When you say New Bedford, MA to people who live outside the area, there are sometimes mixed reactions, but those in the know have found the Whaling City to be a delightful New England escape.
