Ever since Yellowstone hit the streaming services and its popularity skyrocketed, I've been getting messages left and right about some guy named Rip Wheeler.

Now, I've seen some strange doppelgängers in the past, but this one takes the cake.

Famous actor Cole Hauser, who plays Wheeler, just so happens to have an uncanny resemblance to someone I know: me.

At least that's what my friends are telling me.

I don't see it at all.

I've only just begun to watch the sensational Paramount+ series (first three seasons streaming on Peacock), and I'm slowly starting to learn what Mr. Wheeler's business is all about. So far, I'm intrigued by this ranch-hustling cowboy and, most importantly, his work ethic. Again, I'm not exactly sure what his business is on the show, but I'm flattered, to say the least.

Have I ever ridden a horse? Of course! One time in Canada and it felt right.

I'm no cowboy, but I could certainly see myself sporting a dusty ol' Stetson, sweatin' underneath a blazing sun.

Although Wheeler is a character on a TV show, I can still relate to his rugged persona. After all, my beard takes patience and persistence, just like Rip's. He's an outdoorsman, someone who works well with his hands. However, I'm a simple man. From the research I've done on this rancher, he's a little more complicated than me.

That being said, as flattered as I am, I just don't see what others see. Although I'd be happy to step in as a stunt double if ever needed. I'll need a shiny belt buckle, of course, but I'm down to get a Yellowstone brand if the money's right.

I've heard from my friends, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on this matter. Shoot me an email at Gazelle@Fun107.com and let me know if you see the resemblance.

Cole Hauser doesn't just play a rancher on Yellowstone, he's lived that life off-screen, too. The actor's 5-bedroom-6-bathroom, 5,402-square-foot rural home on a very private, double-gated three-acre parcel of land includes the lavish 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom main residence, as well as a guest house and a separate studio apartment. The main house runs completely on solar power and comes with a 3-car garage, with easy transitions between indoor and outdoor living spaces, and the exterior of the property includes a pool area and a hot tub, as well as fenced-in horse corrals.
