Fall River Market Robbed Using Hammer as Weapon

A man entered the store armed with not a gun or knife, but a hammer.

According to Herald News, police responded to a call on Sunday evening at 8:45pm about a robbery at Marques Market located at 1744 North Main Street.

The suspect was described as a white male wearing a T-shirt and was armed with a hammer.

No injuries were reported and no word on exactly how much money the suspect got away with.  We will update this story when new information is available to us.
