There is ALWAYS a class I can jump into, every day of the week. I love this because my life can be pretty hectic and I never have a set workout schedule. I typically just have to figure out when I can get to the gym on a daily basis in between work, the kids with their school/sports commitments and all of the mom-life stuff that happens every day. Another reason I love Healthtrax is because there is something for all of us; my husband, our boys and me. My husband uses the weight rooms and cardio area, the boys love the racquetball and basketball courts and I go back and forth between spin classes and the group fitness classes every week.
