5 Life Hacks For Exercise Motivation
There are two types of people in the world: there are those who love working out and those who lack the motivation.
Now, don't get me wrong... Working out is a job in itself. Sometimes finding the motivation to get out of bed in the morning for a run or hitting the gym after a long day at the office can be tough. Life in general can sometimes be unpredictable and throw us curve balls, resulting in a lack of motivation or time to exercise.
As an avid gym-goer, I am always looking for tips and tricks to help not only myself but my friends/family and fellow gym members. Trust me, I understand the struggles of finding the energy to maintain a healthy lifetyle/fit body and although it's mostly in the foods that you eat, exercising is highly recommended to tighten up those unwanted love handles or saddle bags.
Here's a few tips that are easy to do and can help you break that barrier that may have plateaued your gym regiment.
Always remember to stretch on the daily and be cautious in anything that you do when it comes to working out. It's all in time, the results will follow.
Be patient, you got this!

I do this every day and numerous times in the past I have benefited from this simple tip. Before leaving in the morning to go to wherever you need to be, pack yourself your gym clothes and perhaps even an extra pair of clothes to change into afterwards then leave your bag in your car. Regardless if you are planning on going to the gym or not, it's always good to have in case plans change. Even just seeing your bag and knowing that you are prepared can boost motivation!

If you own your own treadmill, then you have the most advantage of anyone! Place your treadmill in front of your Television, pop in a movie or a turn on your favorite TV show and you'll be too distracted to realize that you're actually working out. So watch your soaps, get your fitness on, and burn those calories!
