25 Southcoast Foods That Are Difficult To Give Up On A Diet
I've got those "Gone, but never forgotten" food blues.
Since February, I've turned over a new leaf when it comes to my diet and I couldn't be happier. The only sad repercussion is all the delicious foods I'm leaving behind on my health-fitness journey.
Now, don't get me wrong... there's absolutely NOTHING wrong with any of the foods listed below, just understand that I'm on a very strict (and somewhat boring) diet. Although I can't complain, I've been happier than ever with the way that I feel... I just thought it would be fun to list all of my favorite local "go-to" dishes:
