According to Business Insider, humans supposedly "peak" at certain things at very specific ages in life. For true happiness, that happens twice.

The first time a person reaches life satisfaction is at age 23, when you're supposedly beginning your "adult life." You may be fresh out of college, full of hope, and getting your first big job. New adventures, and ultimately very happy.

The second time is at age 69, when you're most likely done working, but still have a lot of life left to live. You can take advantage of retirement to spend time with family and friends, travel, and just look forward to this new chapter of your life.

Everything in between 23 and 69 are the BIG moments. You're working, getting married, buying a house, having kids, raising kids, moving up at work, etc. Those can be stressful years.

What age do you think you are happiest?
