If you enjoy living by the water, this might be the house for you – but is it worth $1.95 million?

Take a look; it might not seem like much of a house, but you'd be surprised at its hidden features. According to the listing on Zillow, this Swansea home holds five bedrooms, one of them being a master bedroom with an en suite bath, with three full baths and two half-baths located throughout the home.

If the overwhelming amount of bathroom space isn't enough to convince you, I should also mention the fireplace living room with vaulted ceilings that opens up into the dining area that's equipped with its own wet bar.

The kitchen itself is big enough to hold all of the necessities for your cooking projects and plenty of space to enjoy a nice dinner. Looking for somewhere cozy to spend on a rainy afternoon? Perhaps the great room by the fireplace is where you can see yourself.

For all the bookworms out there, you'll appreciate the library and office area, where you can store all of your favorites on display and escape reality by nose-diving into a good rom-com or some sci-fi.

The three-car garage has all of the storage space you need for your vehicles, whether it's a car or two or even a watercraft vehicle.

Moving onto the outside of the house, not only does it have two acres of land, but it also has 300 feet of water frontage which is perfect if you enjoy a nice waterside view. While the water already makes it a great summer home, the outside patio is the cherry on top. It includes a built-in fireplace/barbeque, great if you enjoy a nice burger in the summer or enjoy having guests over.

Personally, I'm still not sure if I'm convinced whether it's worth the $1.95 million, but it does have a pretty sweet view.
