If plain, old pepperoni pizza has lost its luster for you, then perhaps a stop at One Horse Pizzeria on G.A.R. Highway in Swansea should be on your pizza to-do list. That's because One Horse's selection of specialty pies is full of unexpected combinations sure to cure your pizza blahs.

For most people, there is no such thing as bad pizza. Hot, cold, crazy toppings or just cheese, pizza is pretty good no matter how you slice it. But you have to admit, some are serving up slices that put the pizzazz back in pizza (or technically the pizza in pizzazz).

We talk a lot about pizza here at Fun 107. From the Providence pizza with a two-month waiting list to the Brockton pizza-burger combo, we love to let you know about spectacular slices. That is why we have to let you know about One Horse Pizzeria.

Back in November, One Horse made our list of the pizzerias offering Thanksgiving pizza for the holiday, but they have more than just turkey pies on their specialty menu. Not to mention the off-menu offerings many times each month.

Their everyday options, however, have had local pizza lovers raving for years including the Blazing Saddle pizza with pepperoni, chourico, onions, green peppers, banana peppers and extra cheese, and the Texas Rodeo pizza which uses a barbecue base topped with barbecue chicken, bacon and onion rings.

Both might be the most highly rated in the restaurant's Google reviews, though adding those toppings and others to their French fries really seems to get people excited as well.

So, if you're ready to transform your toppings, here's what crazy combinations you can try over at the One Horse Pizzeria and Saloon in Swansea.
