The internet was ablaze overnight after someone spotted a Starbucks cup sitting on the head table at the Battle of Winterfell after party. Amazingly, this isn't the first time that a cup has been caught on film on the set of Game of Thrones.

Christine Fox reported on this today on the Rock and Fox Show, then shared the photo on Fun107.com.

Amazingly, a caller to the show told us that this isn't the first time that a Starbucks coffee cup has inadvertently made its way onto the Game of Thrones set. As the Lannisters were getting ready for the infamous "Purple Wedding" when Joffrey was set to marry Margaery, there is a still shot of Jamie Lannister holding a Starbucks coffee cup in (of all hands, the one he was supposed to have lost).

According to the Huffington Post, however, the still frame was from a behind-the-scenes dress rehearsal that never actually aired during an episode. It was featured on a behind-the-scenes special on HBO Go.

It is interesting, however, to see that Starbucks seems to be the coffee of choice in Westeros. I guess there really is a Starbucks everywhere.
