Fall River Restaurant’s Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks Are Drool-Worthy
I don't know who needs to hear this but there's a restaurant in Fall River that offers crab rangoon mozzarella sticks and I'm salivating just thinking about it.
Right over the Westport line is a Fall River staple known as LePage's Seafood. The business recently switched to new ownership and is now run by Jon Paul Van Regenmorter and partner Kayla Botelho.
Feeling that the menu could use a refresh, Botelho and her team got right to work in the kitchen. While they kept the classics such as clam boils and fish and chips, new dishes popped up.
New head chef Matthew Hancock created something so delicious, it just might become the talk of the town. Boy, did he nail it. Talk about the best of both worlds:
Crab rangoons and mozzarella sticks. It's a match made in heaven.
The appetizer comes with four oversized mozzarella logs that are chock-full of cheesy crab filling and served with a side of sweet chili sauce. For $15, I can proudly attest that for an appetizer, it's rather filling and worth every penny.
These delectable starters are just the tip of the iceberg on the creative list the restaurant has planned, so stay tuned. I'm sure Hancock is just getting warmed up in the kitchen.
