Ever since I've owned my very first car, I was always a bit of a hoarder.

Even to this day, I'm convinced that half of the crap in the backseat is worthy of something at some point in time for God knows what. Honestly, I'm pretty sure I have kayak paddles that have absolutely no value without a kayak. Not to mention it's out of season, so it's pretty much pointless all around.

Among those strange items is something that I'm pretty confident a good amount of people have as well: a clean pair of cuecas (Portuguese for underwear).

It's true; in my eyes, you never know when you'll need a fresh change. I'm not quite sure if this is listed under the "adulting" compartment, but it's most certainly something I've been doing for a while.

Just last week on Michael and Maddie, our Morning Mindbender was the following:

"1 out of 10 people have had this in their car for over a year. What is it?"

Yup, you guessed it: a pair of underwear.

Just over a year ago, I remember very vividly purchasing a couple of pairs at Marshall's to have in my gym bag and it's been chilling on my backseat ever since. Does that make me part of that 10 percent? I'd like to think so, and here's my theory and reasoning on why I do it.

As a wedding DJ, I'm usually running around and standing for hours on end and by the time the wedding is done, I'm either sweaty (sorry, too much?) or just need a good freshening up. If you only knew and perhaps some of you reading this have already experienced this, but the feeling of fresh briefs at the end of a long day is absolute bliss.

Come on, I know I'm not alone on this matter and would love to hear from some of you who are part of that 10 percent alongside me. Drop me a line at Gazelle@Fun107.com, I'd love to chat with you. Until then, if you think it's weird, that's fine, but it sure beats chaffing.
