Never live with regret again! We've all sent a text we wish we hadn't, but that's a thing of the past now.

According to DailyDot.com, 'Strings' is a new app that allows you to take back any regrettable texts or even photos that you sent.

Most people would be excited about downloading 'Strings' because of no more drunk texts or risque pictures shared with everyone else, but I like to think of other uses for the cool app.

Like, accidentally ruining a surprise party with a text, but using 'Strings' to save the day!

Strings also allows you to limit who sees any pictures or videos you send, so you can ensure what you send on Strings, stays on Strings.

There is one drawback to the app. You can only take back the face-palming texts and images if they're sent using Strings, and if the other person has the app too.

That means if you send something using your usual texting/messaging methods, it'll be stuck on their phone forever.

Also, Strings is only available on iOS right now. Apologies to anyone not using an iPhone.

Hopefully, they'll get this app for the Android market and we can all leap into the future together, with takesie-backsie texting!
