Originally, "President's Day," the national holiday that's known all across the U.S. was called Washington's Birthday. Some of us look at this day as just another day off from work or school, but is this the way we want to remember the "father of our country?"

The term "President's Day" does generalize all the presidents and group them all together as one, but doen't George Washington deserve a day to himself? It's like taking your special birthday and giving it to everyone else.

Trust me, my birthday is coming up and if I could, I would want to share it with absolutely no one. It's makes it more special. What do you think?
