Some parents believe that smartphone use prevents children from developing socially.

According to Fox News, a Colorado group known as 'Parents Against Underage Smartphones' backs the movement to prohibit the sale of smartphones for children under the age of 13 years old. Some parents believe that smartphones are affecting the development of their children, and keeping them from interacting with other kids there age. Others think the parents should decide what to do about smartphone use for their own children.

So what do you think?  Would you like to see something like that come here to Massachusetts?
