(The first 16 seconds of the video pertain to the recall)

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration reported on Wednesday that the Sabra Dipping Co. is recalling 30,000 cases of hummus due to possible contamination with Listeria.

A routine, random sample at a store in Michigan in late March. The sample tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes, which can cause serious health problems for young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems, the FDA says.

Some short-term symptoms include a high fever, severe headache, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea. However, Listeria can also cause major problems for pregnant women, including miscarriages and stillbirths.

No illnesses have been reported, but Sabra is taking the nationwide recall seriously. The voluntary recall involves the "Classic Hummus" mainly, but you can find the full list HERE.

Also, look for the "Best by May 11th-May 15th" marker. If you notice it, either throw it away, or bring it in to a store for a full refund.

Please be aware of the dangerous contamination and spread the word to loved ones!
