Donald Trump was set to make a big announcement on Wednesday afternoon about President Obama, but as it turned out, it wasn't so major.
Jay Leno had President Obama on 'The Tonight Show', where the President chose to address to challenge laid out by Donald Trump. He offered to pay $5 million to a charity of Barack Obama's choice, if he provides college record, passport, etc. As you can see, the President isn't taking Trump so seriously.
