Pepe’s Past-Time: Halloween in the 1930’s

On my day's off, there's nothing I enjoy more than hanging out and spending some quality time with my Grandparents.

My Grandfather, whom I call Pepe (French for Grandpa), is a hoot and I love listening to him ramble on about his favorite past-time stories.

With Halloween just around the corner, I decided to ask him a few questions on what the Fall season means to him and how Halloween used to be back in the 1930's.
