Mattapoisett Bay Club Offering Free Rounds of Golf This Week
Attention, Mattapoisett golfers. It’s time to dust off the golf clubs and schedule a tee time at The Bay Club at Mattapoisett. The prestigious club will offer opportunities for a complimentary round of golf on Wednesday, April 20, and Sunday, April 24, to all residents and employees of the town of Mattapoisett.
The Bay Club is home to an 18-hole, championship-level golf course that is typically reserved for Bay Club members, but this week, the club will open its doors to Mattapoisett golfers looking to get their 2022 season started.
According to the website, the club’s Par 71 Championship golf course was designed by PGA Tour Professional Brad Faxon and golf course architect Brad Booth, offering six layouts ranging from 5,080 to 7,008 yards.
The course is tailored for young beginners, as well as veteran swingers, and finds itself sitting at No. 50 on the list of Top 100 Golf Courses website.
