Massachusetts State Police Student Trooper Program [PHOTOS]
This past week was week one of the Student Trooper Program.
The Mass State Police tell us that the program is for kids ages 15-17 "with good moral and educational standing". This isn't going to be your average summer camp/pool party. Not surprisingly, the Mass State Police camp is ripe with discipline. Campers are expected to maintain many of the same standards that are expected from real troopers.
Applicants must be of good moral character and present a well groomed appearance. Hair must be neatly trimmed (females arranged) and males must be clean shaven. --Massachusetts State Police
It is one of two one-week programs in conjunction with the State Police Academy and the American Legion.
