A Massachusetts singer is claiming Justin Bieber's "Sorry" sounds a little too much like a song she wrote several years ago.

Casey Dienel, a Scituate native who performs under the name White Hinterland, is suing both Justin Bieber and Skrillex over the song "Sorry."

Dienel claims in her lawsuit that the singer and producer pair ripped off the vocal riff to her 2014 track "Ring The Bell."

The lawsuit also says her lawyer has sent a letter to both Bieber's lawyer and manager about the infringement suit but neither has responded as of yet.

Dienel is asking for unspecified damages and lawyer's fees.

Take a listen to her single and to "Sorry" and see if you think her lawsuit will hold up.
