The Lottery. To Play Or Not To Play?

Well, another Powerball jackpot gone by without me buying a ticket. This time only ONE person won, and for a cool 335 MILLION. I don't know what it is, but I never have any ambition to go get a ticket. Maybe the jackpot just seems too out of reach, or maybe the odds are so high. I figure, why bother. Did the person who won it feel that way before, and only decided to buy this one ticket? Or was this person a cronic gambler. My guess is would be that. Hey, even when I buy a scratch ticket, I only get the 2 dollar ones. I only need a few thousand!
